evip1 Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context otherwise requires:

Access to and use of the evip1 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of evip1, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform for the purpose of research, monitoring, or competitive intelligence on behalf of a third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or suspended from the evip1 Platform, or from any other evip1-affiliated platform.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility criteria stated above. evip1 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to evip1's satisfaction.

To access the full range of evip1 Services, you must register a Member Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 Accurate Information

You must provide your real full name, valid Indonesian identity number (NIK or equivalent), date of birth, current residential address in Indonesia, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) evip1 Account. The registration of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. evip1 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, evip1 reserves the right to suspend all associated Accounts, forfeit all Bonus Funds held within them, and withhold any winnings derived from Bonus Funds pending investigation.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party or permit any other person to access or use your Account. evip1 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify evip1's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Suspension and Termination

evip1 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Member Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where evip1 reasonably believes that: (a) the Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions; (b) the Member has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or collusive behaviour; (c) the Member has provided false registration information; (d) continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the security of other Members; or (e) evip1 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.

evip1 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. The following KYC conditions apply to all Members:

4.1 Verification Triggers

KYC verification may be required: (a) prior to processing any withdrawal request above Rp 500.000; (b) upon reaching a cumulative deposit threshold determined by evip1; (c) at any time evip1 deems it necessary to verify a Member's identity, age, or source of funds; or (d) where a Member's Account activity raises an automated compliance flag.

4.2 Required Documents

evip1 may request one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: Valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's Licence (SIM).
• Proof of Age: Any government-issued document confirming date of birth.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months and showing your name and residential address in Indonesia.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement from BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja confirming account ownership and matching registration details.
• Source of Funds: In cases of high-volume activity, evip1 may request documentation substantiating the legitimate source of deposited funds.

4.3 Verification Timeframe

evip1 endeavours to complete standard KYC verification within 1–3 business days of receiving all required documentation. Complex cases may require additional time. Withdrawals will be held pending the completion of KYC verification where triggered. evip1 will not be liable for any financial loss arising from delays attributable to a Member's failure to provide timely or satisfactory verification documentation.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

evip1 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfer), and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja (e-wallet). All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). evip1 does not charge Members for standard deposit or withdrawal transactions; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own fees independently of evip1.

5.2 Deposit Conditions

Minimum deposit thresholds are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. evip1 is not responsible for delays caused by the processing times of third-party payment providers. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the Member's own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned where identified.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The Member's Account must be in good standing with no outstanding compliance flags.
• Any applicable KYC verification must be completed prior to withdrawal processing.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name and matching the details held on the evip1 Account.
• E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within 5–15 minutes during standard operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga) are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during Indonesian banking hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–15:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued for the next available processing window.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and are subject to change at evip1's discretion with reasonable notice.

evip1 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds section of a Member's Account and are separate from real-money Balance unless otherwise stated.
• All bonus offers are subject to wagering requirements that must be met in full before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Member, per household, per IP address, and per payment method unless otherwise specified in the promotion's terms.
• evip1 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing wagering requirements for already-claimed bonuses remain in effect.
• Bonus funds may not be transferred between Accounts or converted to cash without satisfying wagering requirements.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus mechanics — including through the use of multiple Accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or systematic wagering patterns designed to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements — will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

6.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry period, which will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level by the expiry date will be automatically removed from the Member's Account without compensation.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Typically, online slots contribute 100% of each wager toward the requirement, while table games such as baccarat, blackjack, and roulette may contribute at a reduced rate (commonly 10%–20%). Live casino games and sports betting wagers may be excluded from bonus wagering entirely or contribute at a separately specified rate. The exact contribution rates applicable to each bonus will be published in the relevant promotion's terms.

The following rules apply to all gaming and betting activity on the evip1 Platform:

7.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on evip1 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Pocket Games Soft. Live casino titles are streamed from regulated studios with real dealers. evip1 does not have the ability to manipulate game outcomes, and all results are determined independently of the Platform.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during an active game round, evip1 will endeavour to resolve the issue and, where possible, restore the game to its pre-error state. Where this is not technically feasible, the affected wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Member's Balance. evip1's decision in such matters is final. Malfunctions void all pays and plays in affected rounds.

7.3 Sportsbook Betting Rules

Sports betting on evip1 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, as displayed at the point of bet placement. General sportsbook rules include:

• All bets are accepted subject to available liquidity in the relevant market. evip1 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion.
• Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled wager.
• In-play (live) betting markets, including those for BRI Liga 1, EPL, and Timnas Indonesia fixtures, are subject to rapid odds movement. Bets will be settled at the odds confirmed at the time of acceptance, not the odds displayed at the moment of submission.
• Bets on events that are abandoned, postponed, or cancelled will be voided and the staked amount returned, unless otherwise stated in the sport-specific rules.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event and per market. These limits are displayed in the sportsbook interface and are subject to change at evip1's discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the evip1 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own details or those of another individual.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in collusion with other Members to manipulate game outcomes or share information for competitive advantage in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds pricing, or other Platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploiting known or undisclosed errors are not legitimate and will be voided.
• Money laundering or using the evip1 Platform to conceal, transfer, or legitimise funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or stolen payment method details for the purpose of making deposits.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing evip1 staff or other Members via any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Member's Account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures.

All content on the evip1 Platform — including but not limited to the evip1 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of evip1 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the evip1 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, modify, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content; reverse-engineer any Platform software; scrape or systematically extract data from the Platform; or use the evip1 brand or trademarks in any manner not expressly authorised by evip1 in writing.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, evip1 expressly excludes liability for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform, including losses arising from game outcomes, betting results, or the expiry of Bonus Funds.
• Indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, whether caused by Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
• Any delay or failure in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers, including BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja.
• Unauthorised access to a Member's Account resulting from the Member's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials.

evip1's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any claim arising out of these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member into their evip1 Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

evip1 collects and processes Member personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

evip1 employs 256-bit SSL encryption on all data transmissions between Members and the Platform. Member personal data is stored on secured servers and is not sold or rented to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, KYC verification providers, and payment processors solely to the extent necessary to operate the Platform and meet legal obligations.

evip1 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer the following responsible gaming tools to all Members, accessible from the Account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts to manage your gambling spend.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications to alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend access to your Account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted in writing to our support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

Where changes are material, evip1 will provide reasonable notice to existing Members via the registered email address or via an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the evip1 Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account by contacting our support team.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which evip1 is licensed and incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitral institution in the relevant jurisdiction.

By using the evip1 Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling may be subject to restrictions or prohibitions under Indonesian law. You accept sole and full responsibility for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and ordinances applicable to you in your jurisdiction. evip1 makes no representation that the Services are legal in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent evip1 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of evip1's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
